Building products that specifically focus on the bias and often discriminatory outputs of Artificial Intelligence (AI) programmes means that Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) is something we often discuss.
What is most fascinating is the correlations between how individuals develop bias and how computer systems develop bias. Our approach to bias detection in AI/ML systems has often been described as pretty revolutionary and we believe our multi-faceted approach to understanding bias is key to this.
